Normal service resumed

After a long hiatus, The Beijing Office will continue publishing "polished machine translations" of material I find in my daily work.

I am a professional magpie of the Chinese-language media, rambling here and there, seizing glittering items and banging them through my translation engine.

Selected items will be intermittently buffed up and posted to another blog, This Week's Find's in Contemporary China. But some people may like to sniff these truffles which are largely in their native state...
